Ing. Prof. Edward A. Awafo, Dean of the International Relations Office (IRO), University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), together with a team from the Office, engaged prospective international students at selected language centres in Accra as part of efforts to strengthen international student recruitment.

The engagement provided an opportunity to introduce prospective students to UENR’s academic programmes, opportunities, and supportive learning environment. The IRO team also interacted with students, responded to enquiries, and shared information to encourage prospective applicants to consider UENR for their higher education.

The outreach forms part of the IRO’s broader efforts to enhance UENR’s international visibility and increase the enrolment of international students.
